This 2022 AGIE CHARMILLES product EDM is a high-capability CNC Sinker machine designed to meet various production needs. Equipped with the advanced AC FORM HMI (Human Machine Interface), it offers a user-friendly experience with its ergonomic operator console and touchscreen control panel.

Unique features include a 32 Position Rotary Tool Changer, replacing the standard linear version, which enhances the machine's versatility. The Renishaw Optical Interface and Renishaw Measuring Probe Head are included for System 3R tooling, providing precise measurement and alignment. A System 3R Workholding Fixture is also part of the setup, ensuring the secure positioning of workpieces.

The machine operates with a 2 Ton Chiller unit, rated at 230V/3PH, accompanied by a pump and tank with a 1/2" hose. Its internal cooling system, complete with pressure gauges and tool measurement system, ensures optimal performance.

Software Version 2.1.3 Build 2170 with TECForm Database V10.00.27 is pre-installed. Active software options include iGap, enhancing operational capabilities.
