This 2005 HAAS SL20BB CNC Lathe is a robust piece of machinery equipped to handle a variety of tasks. The HAAS CNC Control ensures seamless operation, offering a comprehensive interface for all your lathe needs.
The lathe comes with several upgrades to enhance productivity. These include a chip conveyor and a tool presetter, allowing for smoother processes and greater precision in machining. With a 2.5” through spindle, this lathe can accommodate a wide range of workpieces, providing added versatility to your operations.
Included is a MicroCentric collet chuck with collets, along with a 10” Howa 3 jaw chuck that features both hard and soft jaws. Additionally, high-pressure thru tool coolant is built in to assist in managing heat and maintaining performance during intense tasks.
The setup comes with an extensive collection of tooling. It incorporates turning tools, grooving tools, and ER-25 collet chucks, all of which are essential for diverse applications. Furthermore, there is a full range of boring bars and threading tools, backed by an abundant supply of inserts to keep operations running smoothly.
