This 2006 HAAS VF3SS Vertical Machining Center offers a solid solution for advanced machining needs. Equipped with a HAAS CNC Control, this machine brings precision and adaptability to your workflow.
The inclusion of a Probe and Coolant Thru Spindle enhances functionality, while the 4th Axis Rotary Table expands machining capabilities. The machine is fitted with a 40+1 Sidemount Tool Changer, ensuring quick transitions between tasks to improve project flow.
A Touch Probe and NC4 Laser Tool Setter are included, providing additional measurement and calibration capabilities to enhance the accuracy of operations. It is also equipped with a Haas HRT160 4th Axis that has been rebuilt by Productivity, guaranteeing solid performance. Additionally, there is a fixture for the 4th Axis Rotary, although vises are not included. The aluminum table fixture plate broadens the scope for various types of projects.
High Speed Machining is enabled, allowing for rapid processing with consistent output quality. Minimum Oil Machining adds eco-friendly processes to the mix, assisting in reducing resource consumption.
Please note that the Through Spindle Coolant feature has not been tested or used, meaning further investigation or maintenance of this capability may be necessary for full functionality.
