Description:

This 2008 HAAS VF7 is a robust and capable machine designed to meet a variety of machining needs. It's wired for a 4th axis, expanding its capabilities for complex projects.

Featuring a spacious 84" x 28" table, this machine offers an 84" X-axis travel, 32" Y-axis travel, and 30" Z-axis travel, allowing for large workpieces. The rapid traverse rate is 600 inches per minute (IPM), while the cutting feed rate reaches 500 IPM.

The spindle is a CAT#40 taper, capable of speeds up to 12,000 RPM, suitable for a range of materials and applications. The tool magazine can hold 24 tools, and the side mount tool changer facilitates quick tool transitions.

Outfitted with the Haas CNC Control, the machine comes with various options, including a color monitor, early power failure detection, high-speed machining capability, a remote jog handle, rigid tapping, visual quick code, and an expanded memory with 16MB.

Additionally, it features a programmable coolant nozzle, helping in chip management and maintaining a clean work environment. The built-in chip auger effectively removes chips during operations.

An operator platform enhances user interaction, ensuring ease of use for technicians and engineers.
