Machine Overview
This 2005 Hyundai Kit 450 CNC Lathe is a used machine, currently registered with a runtime of 14707 hours and 53 minutes.
We decided to sell this CNC Lathe as we're transitioning to a more modern model that boasts a larger bore. The purpose of this upgrade is to accommodate the larger diameter rod stock that we frequently use in our operations. This doesn't compromise the functionality of the 2005 Hyundai model under consideration. It has M codes for executing air blast and coolant operations with ease.
On the tooling front, this machine comes with a 3J collet chuck and an attached riser for the smaller tool holders we use. These accessories contribute significantly to the machine's versatility and can be supplied alongside the CNC lathe. Uniquely, also included in the sale are never-used standard size tool holders and a 6” collet, a toolbox, and other complementing accessories that came with this machine when first purchased.
It's worth mentioning that we've been using this machine solely for working on plastics. Consequently, no metals have been processed using this machine. Its manufacturing tolerance stands at .0002, which indicates its precision. Although used, one of the hydraulic valves was replaced for performance optimization, thus ensuring that the machine's key hydraulic system is in good working order.
The machine is currently situated in Texas, available for inspections and observations. The sale offers the added advantage of the enhanced M codes functionality previously mentioned.
