This 2005 MAZAK QTN300 CNC Lathe is available with a range of options and upgrades to meet your machining needs.
Included in this package is a Chip Conveyor that helps with clearing debris during operations. The Tool Presetter feature streamlines setup time while ensuring precision. Additionally, the Tailstock is included to support longer workpieces.
The lathe operates with the MAZATROL 640T NEXUS CNC CONTROL, which is designed for effective programming and handling. A 10", 3-JAW KITAGAWA CHUCK provides a strong grip on materials, and the integrated COOLANT SYSTEM, rated at 118 PSI and 16 gallons per minute, aids in temperature control and debris removal.
For data handling, the machine supports an IC MEMORY CARD INTERFACE and a PCM CIA INTERFACE with 2 slots. These features provide flexibility in storing and transferring files. The EIA/ISO OPTION PACKAGE adds further capabilities in programming and operations.
Communication with other devices is enabled through an RS232 PORT INTERFACE and ETHERNET support, making integration with your existing systems seamless.
