This is a 5 x 10 table size 5 Axis water Jet Machine. It is a Techni XJ 3000. It has a PAC 60 5 axis cutting head which allow cutting intricate angles and bevels, cut beveled circles and more.
Also has a newer 66,000 Max PSI Quantum NXT Pump. Was last serviced by Techni Water Jet Technicians and has about 10 hours on the service rebuild ( rebuild is routine maintenance ) Pump is in excellent condition. Also has a brand new 5 Ton Chiller which is included.
Includes Garnet wheeled hopper and Garnet waste dump hopper. Has a safety issue and Techni recommends repairing the safety board on the machine. The company president said he wants to just get a new machine, so we are selling this machine cheap to move it as soon as soon as possible which could be for repair, or just a complete unit that could be used for parts.
It is very repairable, or could be a good resource of parts and equipment for another Techni Water Jet machine owner. We desire to sell the unit as a whole. The NXT pump, 5 Axis head, X, Y, and Z servo drives and travels are fine. Computer / operator station powers up and boots fine.
This machine has been serviced maintenance by Techni several times and we have those records which go with it.
This machine is fully complete and the buyer gets everything for one price, from the power disconnect turn on switch and everything past it that goes with the machine. Have the complete machine manuals and software that go with it.
Also have a box of many new unused parts that are replacement parts considered consumable parts or just to have to make repairs.
The pump alone is worth more that the price for the whole machine that we are asking. We want to move it asap so we will consider reasonable offers.
Transportation will be buyers responsibility. We will disconnect power and assist in loading the machine at no charge. Assistance beyond that is negotiable.
