2011 HAAS VF2SSYT

This 2011 HAAS VF2SSYT Vertical Machining Center is up for sale. It has been put to good use in our top-level facility, with work hours extending to two shifts per day while in production. The machine is in a high-grade state and has been primarily used for cutting aluminum. The control screen displaying the hours was refreshed in April 2022, after which the spindle clocked 2,123 hours of usage, as seen in the attached photos.

The machine comes with a hefty price tag, the brand new counterpart of which costs around $100,000 when equipped in a similar way. But its price is justified owing to its many advanced features and additional options. It comes with a probe, programmable coolant and an increased Y-axis travel (20"). It has been upgraded to function as a 5-axis machine. The installed 4th and 5th axis drives and wiring contribute to its complex capabilities. It also has a Spindle speed of 12,000 RPM, 24 automated sidemount tool changer, remote jog handle, and chip auger.

Besides these features, it also includes an intuitive programming system, coordinate rotation and scaling, high-speed machining, spindle orientation, and rigid tapping. It even has macros, Ethernet, and USB port. However, keep in mind that the vises shown on the table are not included in the offer.
