This 2023 SMEC SL45XY3000BB offers advanced features for a range of machining tasks. Equipped with a Tool Presetter, Y-Axis, and 5-Axis capability, this machine is tailored for complex projects. It's designed to handle various intricate operations with ease.
Key specifications include a swing over bed of 850.14 mm and a max cutting diameter of 430.02 mm, supporting detailed cutting work. The cutting length extends to 795.02 mm, while the X-axis travel reaches 280.16 mm. Additionally, the Y-axis travel is 5.12 inches (+/- 2.56 inches), and Z-axis travel measures 865.12 mm.
The machine is fitted with a 304.8 mm chuck, featuring a bar capacity of 103.12 mm. The spindle bore measures 115.06 mm, and the spindle nose is A2-11.
