Osync Machine Analytics - Osync machine monitoring is designed to provide deep insights into your
machining process. Osync starts with a real time machine information to let you know exactly what is going on with each of your machines at any time. Osync can also show summary information about your productivity with dashboards, reports, graphs, OEE comparisons, and more based on the program history. Along with program information, Osync provides deeper insights into diagnostic information to get your machine back running quickly. Text message or email alerts can also be setup for critical information. Additionally, Osync will
help you keep your machine running in top shape with preventative maintenance schedules. Osync is taking maintenance to the next level by adding predictive maintenance alerts to it latest releases. Osync is in active development and continues to push the Industry 4.0 limits with each release. Osync is licensed per machine.
Control Prep for Robot - This option enables the features on the Fanuc Control system that allows for
communication with a robot. Note: this does not include any time for programming the robot or advising on control logic, that will all have to be quoted on a separate SoW. INCLUDED 1 INCLUDED
Enhancements Options RMI-Q RF Receiver - For the RF Receiver only portion of Renishaw Probe system. For use when Renishaw Probe will be manually moved between systems and Probe is already purchased. Note a repairing process is required each time the probe is moved. Macros and software for measurement are generally customer specific and are not included. It is recommended to add additional training days for learning how to write probing programs from variable input.
Enhanced Machine Accuracy - For more demanding applications, the machine will have an additional
precision alignment by laser of the machine axes. This option is particularly recommended on multi-base
frames.
3-Axis Laser Compensation - Three axis Bi-directional compensation with straightness comp in constant Z Plane. Provided by 3rd party laser calibration service. Included cost to turn on compensation options in
control. Auxiliary Options 3D CAD Model - for Simulation - A simplified simulator version of 3D CAD model of the machine can be provided in standard IGES or STEP format. ED

Tooling Measurement System Options
NC-4 Auto Tool Length & Diameter Laser Tool Setter - Measures Tool Length & Diameter of tools via a
laser beam. Be aware of how custom, non-standard or some profiled tooling may break the beam based on
orientation.
