Presenting for sale is a used, pristine 2017 HAAS DM2 Vertical Machining Center, priced for immediate sale and located in North Carolina. Over the years, we have meticulously maintained this machine to keep it in near-new condition with low wear and tear. Although used, it remains in impeccable shape and shows very minimal sign of usage.
This machine comes with the HAAS Next Gen CNC Control which is incredibly intuitive to use, an essential feature that eases operational efficiency. The machine presents a fast, compact, durable design and performs outstandingly better than other models in the same category.
We are selling this machine with an additional HAAS TRT-100 5th Axis that complements and enhances the original piece’s functioning. While the machine was purchased originally with all optional features, which include Probe, Coolant Thru Spindle, Programmable Coolant, TRT-100 5th axis, High Speed Machining, 15,000 RPM Spindle, 300 PSI Thru Spindle Coolant, and more, we have added the 5th axis as an upgraded feature to ensure optimized usage.
The Y and Z-axis of the machine provide a travel of 16 inches and 15.5 inches respectively, while the X-axis travels an impressive 28 inches. Additionally, all axes bring forth a rapid rate of 2,400 IPM. The machine is powered with 15 HP, a highly responsive 15,000 RPM spindle taper of 40 CT, and a tool changer composed of 18 ATC.
Designed to handle loads of up to 250 lbs with ease, the HAAS DM2 provides a large table of 34 by 15 inches for operations. Overall, the machine covers a space of 91 by 100 by 98 inches and weighs 5,350 lbs.
