BTA Deep Hole Drilling Machines

Mollart's BTA machines are capable of drilling Ø18mm to Ø150mm from solid and counterboring up to Ø200mm. These machines support various drilling depths up to 4,000mm and can be configured for push boring, pull boring, counterboring, and trepanning.

Pellet Die

Mollart is the leading manufacturer of multi-hole gundrilling centers for the food and biomass pellet die industry. These machines, available in 4, 8, or 16-spindle configurations, produce thousands of holes in a single die, ranging from Ø1.5mm to Ø12mm and up to 150mm in depth.

Pellet Die Specifications:

  • 16 Spindle: Ideal for high volume die production, Ø1.5mm to Ø12mm hole range, Ø500mm to Ø1,550mm die range, up to 150mm drilling depth.

Trepanning Machines

Mollart’s trepanning machines can produce bores between Ø60mm and Ø300mm up to 1,200mm deep, creating tube sections from bar stock or billet. This process enables core recovery, providing significant savings on expensive materials. These machines also support U-drilling and spade drilling.
