This 2019 TORCHMATE X offers a robust solution for your cutting needs, packaged in a versatile design. This machine features a vertical table or pallet size measuring 72" x 264". The cutting process is powered by 275 amps, with control delivered through the Burny Phantom II Controller. Users will have access to the Visual Machine Designer Touchscreen Interface, Sigma Nest Software, and Torchmate CAD/CAM Software, making it easy to import files directly in DXF and DWG formats.
The machine is equipped with a 6' x 22' water table, enhancing its cutting capacity. It is compatible with FlexCut 80 and FlexCut 125, delivering a traverse speed of 572 IPM and a cut speed of 572 IPM. The drive system is designed with a rack and pinion X/Y-Axis that offers a 5:1 reduction, alongside a ball screw and linear stage Z-Axis.
Its electronics and motion system are set up with two Y-Axis step motors providing 380 oz. in. each, and one X-Axis step motor with the same rating. It is built with an input air requirement of 8 SCFM at 90 PSI and features a dry air filter system to ensure a minimum of 5 microns.
The machine is equipped to handle the height control for the water table, water height, gantry, and arc voltage efficiently. Additionally, a full cable carrier system and low backlash 5:1 gearboxes contribute to the smooth operation of this machine.
